SGF Celebrate International Day for Family 2024

On May 15th, 2024, the St. George Foundation marked the 30th Anniversary of the UN's International Day of the Family with a well-attended parenting conference. Themed "Building a Resilient Society through Families and Positive Parenting for Social Cohesion," the event featured insightful discussions on the role of effective family structures in strengthening communities.
The keynote address was delivered by Madam Sylvia O. Blyden, whose expertise in the field enriched the dialogue. She focused on the vital connections between society and the individuals who nurture and build it, emphasizing the critical role of positive parenting in fostering social cohesion.
The event also saw the presence of numerous dignitaries, including Scout Heads, Co-Founders, and Ministers from various line ministries.
